Castle Mews

The Castle Mews project consisted of construction of 36 residences within a community title, each 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom duplexes with 180o natural light and generous exclusive private use areas each on 165m2 to 249m2 standard format plan lot.

With 25 of the 36 townhouses sold prior to public release the urgency in the general marketplace for the remaining townhouses proved extremely high given the price point and affordability for both first home buyers and investors with Carseldine seeing solid growth in townhouse prices following the GFC.

Castle Mews was sold out soon after completion in mid 2011 with an end value of $14M.
