EkkoPoint Properties, has launched its latest townhouse development in a prominent Everton Park location.

Vicinity is the name given to a limited release of architecturally designed and affordable two, three and four bedroom residences, some with park and creek frontage.

The project has already attracted strong interest with some 65% selling prior to construction in an area that is attracting a great deal of development attention.

EkkoPoint Properties General Manager, Mr Brad Beh, believes Vicinity to be an appropriate name for the project, as demand for the properties has been spurred by both product and price point, but also an overarching interest in Everton Park and its emergence as the next inner north hotspot.

Vicinity comprises a mix of townhouses and town villas; a housing style founded by EkkoPoint that are designed with features of a duplex townhouse with 180-degree natural light, attached internally accessed garage and private grassed external garden.

The finishes at Vicinity comprise gourmet kitchens with stone benchtops and DeLonghi appliances, timber look flooring to living areas and quality finishes such as stainless steel look fans and down lights.

Prices for Vicinity start at $409,000 for a 2 bedroom x 2 bath, $439,000 for a 3 bedroom x 2 bath and $480,000 for a 3 bedroom x 2.5 bathroom. All properties include at least one car park with all but a handful having two dedicated car spaces.

The Sales Office is open from Thursday from 4.30 pm – 6.00 pm and Saturday from 12.00 pm – 1.30 pm. It is at 208 Queens Road, Everton Park.
