November 2020 – Mulberry Place
EkkoPoint’s highly successful Mulberry Place estate in Bridgeman Downs is almost built out with only a couple of blocks remaining vacant or not yet built and occupied. The estate is some 15km from Brisbane’s CBD and features large state-of-the-art homes on generous lot sizes. September 2020 – Edenbridge Construction Commencement
EkkoPoint’s latest Bridgeman Downs project, Edenbridge, is due to commence construction prior to Christmas. August 2020 – First Resident moves in to Sanctum

February 2020 – Sanctum Titles Issue

December 2019 – Graham Road settles

The elevated site is north-facing and with Development Approval already issued for 27 large house lots the project will commence construction in mid-2020. Prices have yet to be released but vacant blocks will range from $440,000 with house and land packages expected from $775,000.
December 2019 – Arenna Beach Houses Released
The Arenna Beach Houses at Casuarina on the northern coast of NSW have been released for sale. Only 100m to the sand these houses are priced from $849,000.
