2 August 2021 – Creekside Project Commencement
Construction of EkkoPoint’s Creekside Estate in Kimberley Drive, Burpengary will commence in August with land settlement occurring and the recent appointment of the civil works contractor, Alzino. The 24-lot estate on what has been independently recognised as the best location in the neighbourhood, has limited lots available for sale and buyers have had to move decisively to secure lots in the prestigious estate. As another collaboration between EkkoPoint and Plantation Homes, Creekside will achieve the same excellent outcomes evidenced in the Mulberry Place Estate (Kansas Street, Bridgeman Downs) that was undertaken by the pairing. Most of the large, level lots in Creekside overlook parkland or nature reserves and form a part of the quiet neighbourhood streets that integrate seamlessly into the surrounding suburbs. July 2021 – Edenbridge Construction Complete
Construction of EkkoPoint’s Edenbridge Estate is complete with all lots pegged and seeded awaiting issuance of titles. July 2021 – Rivéra River Houses Builder Appointed
Scott Harris Constructions, Brisbane’s best riverfront builder, has been appointed to build the four luxury river houses that comprise EkkoPoint’s Rivéra project. Rivéra is a high quality, luxury riverfront housing project comprising four riverfront houses at 86-88 Wynnum Road, Norman Park in Brisbane’s inner east suburbs some 3km from the CBD. Rivéra seeks to set the new standard for riverfront housing with each house featuring extensive river and city views, four bedrooms, three levels, internal lifts and four car spaces (save one house that has three). The design and finishes are luxury and take advantage of the unique site, the only site on Wynnum Road with its own traffic control to allow inbound egress to the CBD in peak hour. Discerning buyers have been waiting for construction to commence and Scott Harris hopes to be on site in September to commence works after dismantling the existing site display and viewing tower.
July 2021 – Kings Row Construction Complete
Construction of the Kings Row Project at 334-336 King Street Caboolture has now been completed by award winning builder and contractor, Vantage Australia. The 7-lot project is nearly sold out as buyers seek to take advantage of the project park-front blocks, each with direct park access to a large and largely secluded council maintained parkland adjoining. King’s Row buyers are a mix of first-home buyers and investors seeking to leverage the modest pricing offered given the unique site location and quality building outcomes. Once titles issue, construction of individual houses can commence and the two existing houses can be separately sold.
June 2021 – Baléine Point Lookout Construction Commences
Award winning builder Vantage Australia has been appointed to build EkkoPoint’s long-awaited Baléine project in the heart of Point Lookout on North Stradbroke Island. Baléine is French for “whale”, and the project features four free-standing beach houses all with ocean views. Point Lookout is a trendy beachside hideaway for discerning beach lovers. Accessible only by ferry, Point Lookout is famous for whale sightings, relaxed beach lifestyle and the charm of a secluded remote hideaway only 1 hour from Brisbane. Baléine’s houses are in the old part of town, not far from “Bob’s Shop” and have been redesigned by renowned Straddie’ architect and resident Justin O’Neill. The project’s four houses all feature bunk rooms, two car accommodation, ocean views, modern fittings and ‘after beach’ rooms for wash down and clean up after a day enjoying the beach. Vantage will commence on site in June 2021 and focus on the Huntington and Cottesloe Beach houses, both of which are pre-sold. With only one lot remaining for sale in the estate, discerning buyers eagerly await the release of the Barrenjoey Beach House, the last bespoke beach residence available in the project.
June 2021 – Edenbridge Construction Nears Completion
As Edenbridge, EkkoPoint’s prestige Bridgeman Downs Estate at 229 Graham Road Bridgeman Downs approaches completion, buyer interest is soaring. With only a handful of lots not yet spoken for, construction of the estate, independently rated as the best located subdivision in the suburb, is nearly finished with only minor earthworks, landscape and handover remaining to be completed. April 2021 – Sanctum Stage 1 Sell-Out

January 2021 – Kings Row Construction Commences
Kings Row, EkkoPoint’s boutique Caboolture subdivision recently commenced civil construction works. Award-winning contractor Vantage Australia has been appointed and will complete works by June 2021. The 7-lot estate has level lots, most with park frontage and secluded access ensuring privacy from King Street. The site at 334-336 King Street has direct park access and is only 200m across parkland to the Caboolture Golf Club. The project will also feature two existing residences to be recycled and resold. The new houses all have park views, gates to the park and form part of a small body corporate to ensure insurance and other costs can be shared and minimised.
November 2020 – Mulberry Place
EkkoPoint’s highly successful Mulberry Place estate in Bridgeman Downs is almost built out with only a couple of blocks remaining vacant or not yet built and occupied. The estate is some 15km from Brisbane’s CBD and features large state-of-the-art homes on generous lot sizes. The project has achieved an excellent presentation thanks to coordinated efforts by the builder, Plantation Homes, to ensure all designs were coordinated and sympathetic to each other and to the overall ambiance of the new neighbourhood. The estate’s main road, Kansas Street, has quickly become one of Bridgeman Downs most sought after addresses and the estates new residents are enjoying their new Plantation homes.
September 2020 – Edenbridge Construction Commencement
EkkoPoint’s latest Bridgeman Downs project, Edenbridge, is due to commence construction prior to Christmas. The project comprises twenty-seven residential lots atop a north facing hilltop on Graham Road, Bridgeman Downs and adjoins the successful Lomandra Park development. All lots are level, fully serviced including town gas for the Masterchef of the family and are ready-to-build. All lots have the advantage of the hillside location and the flat lots range in size from 450m2 to 754m2 and are priced from $450,000. Edenbridge will become an exclusive enclave for the discerning buyer and it’s expected the land availability will be limited with buyers already committing to the estate.
August 2020 – First Resident moves in to Sanctum

December 2019 – Arenna Beach Houses Released
The Arenna Beach Houses at Casuarina on the northern coast of NSW have been released for sale. Only 100m to the sand these houses are priced from $849,000.
